Finally people are starting to understand the value of a STEM education. No longer can anyone assert we don't need STEM grads because there are no STEM jobs. Well if you define STEM jobs as teaching appointments in academia, of course those fill up instantly. But now it is becoming apparent STEM is good for everything. A recent article in "Wired" magazine sums it up beautifully.
